Shipping & Returns

Orders are delivered via Lithuanian Post within 7–10 days, except in cases where the item is pre-ordered. For pre-orders, the delivery time is up to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
• Returns are handled in accordance with the June 29, 2001 Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania: “On the Approval of Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items.”
• To return an item, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email within 14 days from the delivery date, attaching photos of the item and/or package along with a description of the issue.
• Return shipping costs for non-defective or exchangeable items must be covered by the Buyer.
• Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, unused, complete, and in the same condition as received (with tags intact, protective films unremoved, etc.).
• A printed proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or payment receipt) must be included with the return.
• For returns of non-defective items, only the product price is refunded within 10–14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If the wrong item was received, the Seller will replace it with the correct one and cover the return shipping costs. If the correct item is unavailable, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued.
• If a defective item is returned, the Seller will replace it with the same product or issue a full refund.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return if the Buyer fails to comply with the return policy.
• Custom-made items created according to the customer’s specifications are non-refundable.
• If a discounted item is returned, the refund amount will match the actual paid price (as shown in the return documentation).
• These policies are governed by Lithuanian law. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
